**** Please remember to check with your Township or Borough to see if they require a zoning permit for your fencing project. Most Townships have this information on their web page and you can also download the application right off their site if they do require a permit.  Each Township and Borough have a different set of rules and regulations so it is always best to check with them at the beginning of your fencing project ***  If you belong to an HOA in your development, you will need to do the same process with the HOA.
